Hamed Ahangi

Hamed Ahangi was born on July 8, 1979 in the city of Bandar Anzali. He is a stand-up comedian, host, actor, and director for television and cinema. In 1993, he joined theater groups in Bandar Anzali and during that time, by acting in a drama directed by Mohammad Ali Entezari, he won the award for best student theater actor in the province. At the age of 22, he began working on the show “Jang-e Shabaneh” (Nightly War) in collaboration with Reza Nazari. He has directed and written many plays including “Safari Pormajaraa” (An Adventurous Journey), “Konkoor” (University Entrance Exam), “Maahvaareh” (Satellite), “Kelase Dars” (Classroom), “Daamade Tasaadufi” (Accidental Groom), and “Manshiye Ghalaabi” (Fake Secretary).
